DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to bring back the Multicultural Festival to the
  Town of Ajax for the second year in a row\, celebrating the cultures\, com
 munities\, and connections that make our region so special.\nThis vibrant\,
  family-friendly event is more than just music\, food\, and performances 
 — it’s about bringing people together for a greater cause. Once again\,
  we are proud to host this festival in support of the Ajax Pickering Hospit
 al Foundation\, helping give back to a vital healthcare institution that se
 rves our community every day.\nExpect an unforgettable experience featuring
 :\n\nLive cultural performances\nMulticultural food vendors & food trucks\n
 Local businesses & community booths\nActivities for families and all ages\n
 A shared purpose to support community healthcare\n\nThanks to the Town of A
 jax\, our partners\, sponsors\, vendors\, and community members for helping
  us grow this event year after year. We can’t wait to welcome everyone ba
 ck and make this year even bigger and better!\nVendor Booth Information\nEa
 ch vendor booth will be provided with:\n\n\nOne (1) table\n\n\nTwo (2) chai
 rs\n\n\nTent Options\n\n\nVendors may bring their own tents or rent a tent 
 on-site for $50.\n\n\nVendors are responsible for setting up and securing t
 heir own tent.\n\n\nAll tents must comply with safety regulations and be pr
 operly anchored.\n\n\nBooth Placement\n\n\nBooth spaces are dedicated and p
 re-assigned to ensure an organized layout.\n\n\nIf a vendor has a specific 
 location preference\, please contact us by March 31\, 2026 to request a pre
 ferred spot. Requests submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed.\n\n\n
 Additional Notes\n\n\nBooths are designed to maximize visibility and foot t
 raffic\, so early registration is encouraged.\n\n\nVendors are responsible 
 for keeping their area clean and for removing all materials at the end of t
 he event.\n\n\nElectrical access (if needed) should be purchased in advance
  and may be limited.\n\n\nEach food vendor must submit a completed applicat
 ion form to Durham Region Health Department at least 30 days prior to the
  event and applications must be approved prior to attendance at events. Cl
