It was a passion for all things houses that led Cheryl to a career in real estate. Her varied sales and marketing background in advertising combined with her work in the construction and flooring industry has moulded her approach to real estate and given her the ability to logically work through issues and contracts as well as effectively assess her Client’s needs. For Cheryl, a successful real estate experience starts with taking the time to get to know her clients and finding out what’s important to them. Her priority is understanding your needs in order to help you to make smart decisions. Learning about her clients’ family, employment, their hobbies, and future goals allows her to tailor the level of service that will deliver the results that best meet them. Cheryl recognizes that each client has a completely distinct set of needs and she believes it starts and ends with authentic human connection. For Cheryl, every real estate transaction is an opportunity to find new solutions. Corby Adams established RE/MAX Chay Realty Inc. over 30 years ago, in 1984. 1 office, 11 salespeople and a staff of 1. We are proudly 7 offices with over 200 salespeople, staffed by 25.

Christie, Corrie and Mark have successfully run the #1 real estate Brokerage in Barrie (and now Simcoe County) for over 27 consecutive years. They have also been recognized for their leadership achievements within the RE/MAX organization on several occasions.
