I have experience working as a part of dynamic and proactive multicultural teams in various public settings both in the professional work environment and volunteer work. I am very active in the community and have participated, and taken the initiative in helping at community events, i.e., fundraised for to purchase dialysis medical equipment for hospitals including Scarborough General Hospital, Grace Hospital and Rouge Valley Centenary Hospital representing the organization I worked. Moreover I have participated at company local job fair events with coordinating and providing help to job seekers, participated company Training Ground for Olympics candidate selection events, actively involved in employee council within the units and recognized and nominated individual to annual, quarterly winners. I have always taken pride in representing organization in all events as I fully agree with the vision of any organization has it promotes multicultural and integrated society. In addition to my professional commitment, I would like to highlight that I have lived in this neighborhood for last 18 years and know many people in the area which are also our clients. Job stability and company promoting career advancement to its employees had definitely helped in coping with stresses or changes that may be happening in the rest of my life. Description

• Consistently provided excellent, informed customer service and maintained strong, reliable work ethic.
• Initiate actions to insure optimal response times and service levels; handle escalated matters; approve credits.
• Meet with prospective customers to refer accounts, credit cards, investments, loans, and mortgages.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of banking client through building excellent client relationships.
• Review and monitor commercial operating lines of credit to ensure they are in accordance with credit approvals.
• Prepare loan applications and renewals, including the review of financial statements, ensuring quality risk assessment and analysis.
• Developed financial plan based on analysis of client's financial status, and discussed financial options with client
• Prepare and execute everyday banking, lending (non-security) and investment product documentation as required to meet the client's needs, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Researched accounts, answered questions, and worked with new customers
• Ensure security documentation, and credit investigations are completed for borrowers.
• Develop a network of contacts and undertake proactive marketing activities to attract new commercial/real estate clients to the bank.
