Bio

Rohan’s practice focuses on business immigration helping businesses in international markets expand into the Canadian marketplace. He works specifically with companies seeking to establish a Canadian enterprise and obtain work permits via intra-company transfers and start-up visas. Rohan has over a decade of experience working with recent immigrant populations while Manager of Operations and Development at SAAAC Autism Centre in Scarborough where he helped establish the Centre as a hub for recent immigrant families impacted by autism. He received a liberal arts education from Seneca College before going on to complete his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto (UofT). At UofT Rohan specialized in Political Science and minored in Diaspora and Transnational Studies. He subsequently completed his JD at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law where he was awarded the Joel Wargon award for obtaining the highest grade in Immigration Law & Procedure. He is currently Director of Operations and General Counsel for 1907 Research Canada an innovative mental health research organization focused on funding young scientists through an investment management approach to mental health research funding. He is also actively involved in The Dunya Project a clean-tech startup seeking to address food security through vertical farming.
