About this event

Connecting GTA is proud to support Walk For Stronger Minds, a community walk-a-thon organized by one of our valued non-profit members, dedicated to raising awareness and support for youth mental health.

Mental health challenges among young people continue to rise across our communities, and initiatives like this one create space for open conversation, connection, and real support. Walk For Stronger Minds brings together families, businesses, and community members for a day of movement, awareness, and shared purpose — all in support of a cause that touches so many of our youth.

Event Highlights

  1. Community Walk-a-Thon — Join fellow community members, families, and supporters for a walk in support of youth mental health.
  2. Vendor Booths — Local businesses and community organizations will be on-site with booths, offering resources, information, and giveaways throughout the event.
  3. Perkins Discounted Lunch Package — Attendees can enjoy a specially discounted lunch package courtesy of Perkins, available throughout the day.
  4. Proudly Sponsored by Connecting GTA — As a proud sponsor, Connecting GTA is honoured to help bring this event to life and support our member's mission of strengthening youth mental health in our community.

Why This Matters
