Personal Bio

As a Partner in the Grant Thornton Ajax office, I provide clients with assurance, tax and advisory support—helping them find the intersections between financial reporting, tax planning and corporate growth.

Over my 35-year career, I've helped many clients across numerous industries including contractors, professionals and not-for-profit organizations. My areas of specialization have grown to include construction, medical sectors and regulated childcare services. With every engagement, my driving purpose is to help clients enhance their accountabilities and realize their potential.

I'm a life-long resident of Durham Region with a strong sense of community, having volunteered with organizations such as the Rotary Club and Big Sisters. I place a high value on contributing to the accounting profession. I currently serve as a member of FRAS, Canada's Auditing and Assurance Standards Oversight Council. I also foster and support the professional growth of the firm and my team members.

In my spare time I enjoy golfing, biking, traveling and spending time with family.
