Events
If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, please consider offering your spot to someone as a gift. We do not charge to transfer your registration to someone else. Please send an email to Maria Gill at [email protected] to inform of this change. There is no refund for any cancellations for an event attendance, sponsorship, or exhibitor space. Event payment is due upon registration. While event registration is non-refundable, you might be eligible for a credit towards a future event.
Membership
Our current membership fees are posted on our website. The membership with the Connecting GTA is based on payment of the annual fee. From the day one signs up, each membership expires 365 days after the initial payment date and any subsequent renewal date. Membership dues are non-refundable after you have been a member of Connecting GTA for 3 (three months) or over.
Advertising
Full payment for advertising is due in advance of the service. There are no refunds for advertising services.
