Collaboration Between CGTA & SBA

Had the pleasure of meeting with Ryan Somer, President & CEO, and Sarah Somer, Director of Partnerships at the Scarborough Business Association.

It was an excellent and meaningful conversation focused on collaboration between Connecting GTA Networking Club and the SBA to better support Scarborough-based businesses. We discussed opportunities to co-host events, align initiatives, and leverage our combined networks to create greater value for members of both organizations.

This partnership is about more than events—it’s about building a culture of collaboration, opening doors to new opportunities, and strengthening the local business ecosystem. Together, we’re laying the groundwork for a more connected, inclusive, and dynamic economic future for Scarborough and the broader GTA.
