Book Your Consultation: It starts with a free, no-pressure chat with our Program Director. We listen to your challenges, goals, and what you’re looking for in a mentor.
Get Your Custom Match: Based on our conversation, we hand-select 1-2 potential mentors from our network who we believe are the best fit for you.
Meet Your Mentor: You’ll have an introductory “chemistry check” call to ensure you connect. If it’s not a perfect fit, we go back to the drawing board. No hard feelings.
Start Your Growth: Once you’re matched, you’ll begin your regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and start building your strategic action plan.

How much do your business coaching services cost?

We have options ranging from single-session advisory calls to ongoing monthly retainers. We’ll find a package that fits your budget during your free consultation.

How much of a time commitment is it?

It’s flexible. Most one-on-one clients meet with their mentor for 1-2 hours, either bi-weekly or monthly. Peer masterminds typically meet for 3 hours once a month.

Are the mentors members of Connecting GTA?

Yes! Our strength is our network. All our mentors are active, vetted members of the CGTA community, so they are deeply invested in our shared success.

What if I don't "click" with my mentor?

That’s why we have the “chemistry check.” Fit is the most important part. If it’s not right, we will happily and professionally find you a different match.
